Elle Charnisky, a stage IV- cancer patient, is a true cancer fighter in every aspect of the term. Diagnosed with colorectal cancer at 36 years old and a warrior through numerous surgeries and treatment journeys (including a successful clinical trial), Elle Charnisky is recovering well from her latest life-saving surgical endeavors.
“There is HOPE!” is a slogan Elle Charnisky profoundly lives by, a theme she believes we can all learn from. In addition to sharing her experience on a clinical trial at the GCCA’s 2021 Colorectal Cancer Congress, Ele will be sharing her story as a spokesperson for the GCCA’s Clinical Trial Awareness Program and Know Your Biomarker campaign.
